ISIS Versus Jordan - Have We Been Had?

Murdered Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbehwas
Having watched the events of the past few weeks between horrid ISIS, their ridiculous demands, the dilemma of Jordan and Japan and the whole world at large, not a lot of people envisaged the outcome presented by ISIS yesterday. They released a video showing how Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbehwas locked in a cage and burned alive. I can't help but wonder at how depraved and twisted the minds of these terrorists are. Who thinks up these ways to kill

Moaz al-Kasasbehwas was even a Sunni Muslim and it proves the point I have been making this whole time that these terrorists are extreme extremists who are merely using religion as a facade to enact their psychotic urges. The sooner they are stopped, the better for the rest of the world. Boko Haram is no better and I dare say that they are even worse because I feel they view ISIS as a sort of  mentor and we all know what could happen when a fan is fixated with a celebrity. They would try their darndest to beat them at their sick way while hoping to get a medal for efforts.

Boko Haram should not be ignored by the world leaders. They are a collective problem that should be cut short now before they get to the ISIS level in this twisted game they are playing. I recall saying over and over again that the Asians have not pulled their weight in this fight against terrorism. They sort of "unlooked" this whole time while the rest of the world cried foul, but now they are feeling it too. All hands must be on deck to stop ISIS and Boko Haram and the others of their ilk.

Now that the Jordanians have retaliated last night by executing two terrorists in their possession, I'm trying not to think about what would come up afterwards because I have a feeling that they have just played right into the hands of ISIS. If the video shows that the pilot had been killed since the third of January and ISIS initially requested for $200 million and then later demanded the release of Sajida al-Rishawi as a swap for Moaz's life, could it be that it was just to goad and lure Jordan into reacting the exact way they just have? Is there a bigger picture here which we aren't seeing yet?

  1. Sometimes I wish God still treated us like he did in the old days. Maybe, just maybe sick people like ISIS would have been swallowed up by the ground.
