Have a look at this picture and share your thoughts on whether this cat is going up the stairs or down the stairs. This is even more fun than the mystery behind that white-gold-blue-black-dress and a very good mental exercise. The intriguing part for me is the fact that answers seems to differ based on occupation, for example Architects and Biologists have weighed in on this with explanations based on their occupational theories.

The cat is going down. Stair border like that is usually visible when looking from a lower perspective and no one would extrude that edge to be stepped upon, because it is an awaiting accident. Also, what are the chances you would put ornaments on the walking side of the stairs? :)
ReplyDeleteLOL. Fair enough. I actually think the cat is going down as well. I think the lightning behind the cat forms an illusion of a floor to make it appear he's going up.
