One Child; One Hope; One Dream: Nurture My Future Organization.

 

According to UNICEF, In Nigeria 30 percent of children are out of school when expected to be in school. Majority are not in school because they have to pay for school materials. Nearly 1 million of Nigerian children are forced to drop out due to poverty.

Nurture my Future is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to giving hope to the dream of children. We offer children educational opportunities while bringing out the best in them and engaging them in diverse range of human activities like sports, drama, and dance amongst others.

Nurture my future works with all peoples regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. Every day, we invest in children, lighting up their world and creating an opportunity for them to succeed.

 

 

Nurture My Future Organization will be opening a Community Learning Center (CLC) at Imota Ikorodu; Lagos, Nigeria on the 20th of April 2015.

The learning center is an after school program where children and young adults are given educational assistance while having fun.

This project aims to:

1. To encourage children to maximize their potential by developing on their areas of strength and weaknesses as regards academics.
2. To inculcate in children an appreciation for education that would positively influence their choices in future.
3. To ensure that children are able to read and communicate effectively in English Language
4. To promote character development through positive influences

With this project, we can impact the impressionable minds of children.
