Pick Your Happy Up! :)

See ehn, I've come to realize that life as an adult doesn't come so easy. There are so many things waiting to spin you around until you are dizzy with fear, worry, heartache, pain, hurt, etc. I've also learned that this means that the choice to be happy lies with each and everyone of us. 

Step out of your comfort zone and make yourself happy. Go out more, mingle more, eat healthier, experiment new types of meals, smile more often, go dancing, sing at the top of your voice, read fun books, dance in the rain, etc. 

Do not rely totally on others to make you happy all the time because you came alone into this world and no one can really have your back better than yourself. So celebrate yourself, worry less and simply be happy. :)
