Good morning good people, how have we all been? My sincere apologies for not posting in the past couple of days. That flu I wrote about here, had a strong hold over me and tried to spiral into something worse but I'm much better now. Thank you for visiting my blog even when I don't post anything, it means a lot to me and I appreciate you all. :)
This morning, I just want to reach out to all those who have recently lost a loved one. I cannot say I know how you feel but I do know that everything will be fine in the end. It is ok to cry and grieve as you wish to, but don't let the sorrow of your loss overwhelm entirely. Hang in there dears.
If you have a friend who has recently lost someone, just be there for them, however they feel they want to mourn or grieve over their loved one, just be there for them. This reminds me of an article I featured on my blog last year by Toyin Femi-Akinlade (who's now started her own blog, whoop whoop) on how to react around a friend who's lost her loved one. You can read it here and help your friend get through these trying times.
I'm sending out warm hugs and prayers to all of you out there.
Have a splendid day ahead and remember to live, love, laugh and be happy even as you keep being #AllHeartsAlways to the needy around you.
